In June 2017, the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar of California released its Spring 2017 edition of its biannual publication: Environmental Law News.

Included therein was an article by Gresham Savage attorneys Jonathan Shardlow and Martin Stratte, which examines public interest standing under CEQA and the need for further guidance regarding the ability of a local agency or real party to challenge a petitioner’s claim of public interest standing.
