Gresham’s Litigation Team Wins Over $2 Million In Attorney’s Fees This Year, To Date

Not only does Gresham Litigation win at trial, they win after trial.  In 2015, Gresham’s Litigation Team has recovered over $2.3 million in attorney’s fees and costs to date.

After obtaining a $2.3 million jury verdict in a hotly contested real estate matter in Texas federal court, Partner Ted Stream and his team – including Partner Mario Alfaro, Associate Andrea Rodriguez, and Paralegal Mary Stracke – recovered an award of $1,077,173.36 in attorney’s fees and $60,212.39 in costs.  This represents a total recovery of $3.4 million for the client.

In addition to securing a favorable verdict in a declaratory relief action regarding restrictive covenants governing a shopping center, Partners Ted Stream and Jamie Wrage recovered an award of $527,871.15 in attorney’s fees and $22,901.28 in costs for their client, for a total award of $550,772.43.

After prevailing on summary judgment, Partners Ted Stream and Jamie Wrage recovered $563,020.55 in attorney’s fees and $27,446.30 in costs, totaling $590,466.85, in an action against the world’s largest retailer.
