At the 2016 California Water Law & Policy Conference on June 13-14 in San Francisco, Hoffman sheds light on navigating the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act (SGMA) with his presentation entitled, “Achieving True GSA Representation for Private Pumper Interests: Negotiate, Adjudicate, or Both?”
