We are looking for someone with customer service and office experience, who understands what it means to be professional, personable, organized, self-motivated, and who works well in a team environment; who is capable of working independently, managing a high volume of work, has the ability to prioritize competing projects combined with excellent follow up skills, and strong attention to detail. Experience in the following computer programs is preferred: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe.

TRUST & ESTATES AND PROBATE PARALEGAL

We are seeking a Paralegal with 5-10 years of Trusts & Estates and Probate experience for our San Bernardino office.

This position requires strong Trust & Estates skills with tax experience. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong client service skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in preparing and filing Federal Estate and Gift Tax Returns, drafting of petition and order for probate and supporting documents, estate plan documents, wills, codicils, trusts and amendments to the trust.
  • Knowledge of distribution and closing of estates.
  • Knowledge of computer use and software programs applicable to probate and estate planning.
