Tracy M. Inscore

Senior Counsel

Ms. Inscore has over 10 years of experience assisting a broad spectrum of regional, national and multi-national clients with all aspects of commercial, industrial and residential development, often involving highly controversial projects and complex environmental regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). Her previous practice area was focused on representing clients before a variety of local agencies, administrative and legislative bodies to secure approvals of projects and successfully defending against CEQA lawsuits.   Ms. Inscore currently assists clients with completing environmental due diligence prior to acquisition of real property, evaluating potential liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), as well as assisting clients with remediation of contaminated sites and ensuring successful outcomes in various federal, state and local regulatory agency environmental actions. Ms. Inscore also serves as a part-time faculty member at several universities, including California Southern University School of Law, Chapman University and University of Phoenix.

Participated as a panel member and speaker, providing legal insight and legislative analysis on the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance required under AB 1881, as well as the use of GIS technology to assist larger landscape projects with compliance.
