Companies, is seeking a Business/Corporate attorney with 4-6 years of experience for its San Bernardino office. Unlike traditional firms, the firm offers a dynamic pay structure, enhanced flexibility, and earlier and greater case responsibility.

This position requires strong experience in business law and the successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience providing guidance and advice on all aspects of business formation and maintenance, writing and negotiating contracts including mergers and acquisitions, and financial transactions
• Experience in tax and/or medical-related desirable
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team atmosphere

Candidates must be presently admitted to the California State Bar.

 

REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

Gresham|Savage, a 100+ year old mid-size firm with sterling clientele, including Fortune 500
Companies, is seeking a real estate attorney with 4-6 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate transactions, for its San Bernardino office. Unlike traditional firms, the firm offers a dynamic pay structure, enhanced flexibility, and earlier and greater case responsibility.

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in negotiation, buy/sell, leasing, CC&Rs, finance and title
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team atmosphere

LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Gresham|Savage, a 100+ year old mid-size firm with sterling clientele, including Fortune 500
Companies, is seeking a litigator with 5+ years of experience and eventual first-chair capability, for its San Bernardino office. Unlike traditional firms, the firm offers a dynamic pay structure, enhanced flexibility, and earlier and greater case responsibility.

This position requires strong litigation experience and the successful candidate will have:

• Experience in all phases of litigation including discovery, depositions, court appearances, and Trials (jury and bench)
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communications skills

Candidates must be presently admitted to the California State Bar.

 

LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Gresham|Savage, a 100+ year old mid-size firm with sterling clientele, including Fortune 500
Companies, is seeking a litigator with 2-5 years of experience for its San Bernardino office. Unlike traditional firms, the firm offers a dynamic pay structure, enhanced flexibility, and earlier and greater case responsibility.

This position requires strong litigation experience and the successful candidate will have:

• Experience in general litigation, preferably including real property issues, and including court appearances, of a law and motion nature
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communications skills
