PAUL CLIFF

Paul Cliff is the chair of the Business & Corporate and Trusts & Estates Practice Groups and focuses his practice on real property and related business transactions. For decades, Mr. Cliff served as lead counsel for substantial commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of vacant land, retail, office and industrial projects.  On a continuing basis, Mr. Cliff represents tenants which are franchisees of national companies in the negotiation of leases.  Mr. Cliff represents borrowers on secured credit facilities, including numerous recent transactions totaling the tens of millions of dollars per loan.

He also taught programs about forming business entities for purposes of real estate investment at local universities. Mr. Cliff graduated cum laude with a degree in mathematics and economics from Claremont McKenna College and earned his juris doctor from the University of Southern California Law Center, where he was editor and board member of the Major Tax Planning and Computer Law Journal.  Mr. Cliff is a member of the State Bar of California, and its Business Law and Real Property Law sections, and a member of the Riverside County Bar Association.
