Robert Ritter, during a career spanning over four-decades, has devoted his practice to corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on real property, natural resources and healthcare.  Mr. Ritter has negotiated and drafted documentation for the purchase and sale of numerous business ventures, as well as for complex joint ventures and partnerships, representing both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.  He has organized and continues to counsel a significant number of corporations, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies who rely upon his broad experience and skills.

Mr. Ritter has been instrumental in obtaining bond financing for local and regional hospitals and nonprofit organizations, including having obtained the first HUD-insured hospital bond financing in the state of California.  Mr. Ritter guides clients in the development of retail, commercial, industrial, and mining properties, including acquisition, permitting and approval, development, and leasing, with a specific emphasis on commercial leasing.  He brings a collaborative approach to counseling clients in adopting business practices that limit and prevent risks, which has earned him an impressive and loyal client base.  Mr. Ritter has also served as an adjunct professor of Business Law at California Baptist University in Riverside.
