Tracy Inscore has over 10 years of experience assisting a broad spectrum of regional, national, and multinational clients with all aspects of commercial, industrial, and residential development.  These often involve highly controversial projects and complex environmental regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  Her previous practice area was focused on representing clients before a variety of local agencies, administrative, and legislative bodies to secure approvals of projects and successfully defending against CEQA lawsuits.

Ms. Inscore currently assists clients with completing environmental due diligence prior to acquisition of real property, evaluating potential liability under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA).  She also assists clients with remediation of contaminated sites and ensuring successful outcomes in various federal, state, and local regulatory agency environmental actions. Ms. Inscore has also served as a part-time faculty member at several local universities.
